New Premises for M P Timlin (Construction) Ltd.
We have recently acquired a larger depot in White
City, W12, to enable us to better serve our Greater London client base.
The Scout Association
Following the recent, successful £1/2 million refurbishment of the Edgware Scout Group's
premises this year, we were very pleased to accept an invitation to the official opening. The evening
was attended by the local MP, Tony McNulty, who spoke in praise of the transformation of the building, the excellent
facilities for the Scout Association and also that it can be hired by the whole community for weddings, conferences and
other events.

The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple
We have recently completed the £1/4 million contract for the full external
refurbishment of three properties (four and five storey terraced) in London's historic Temple area for the Honourable Society
of the Middle Temple.
Marlborough House,
Great Marlborough Street, W1
We have undertaken various projects at this six storey office block. The most
recent project was the refurbishment of the common parts which we have now completed.

Going Underground
We have now almost completed a £350,000.00 contract by
a private client in leafy Hampstead. The works comprised the enlargement of the property from 3,500 sq feet to 8,500
sq feet. The major aspect of this has been the creation of a very large basement area with seven rooms.
This has involved the excavation of some 5,000 cubic feet of soil plus the formation of intricate reinforced concrete underpinning
and retaining walls. See photos below.
